My safari life began when I joined the travel industry and started uncovering the extraordinary destinations and experiences that safari travel has to offer. My very first safari was in Sri Lanka’s Wilpattu National Park, where I had the unforgettable experience of spotting a leopard in the wild — a moment that showed me immediately what this kind of travel is all about.

I joined Classic Safari Company in 2015 to support the financial side of the business. My role is about helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and I find it genuinely rewarding to contribute to a company that enables people to follow their passion for travel and experience the world in such a meaningful way.

My expertise is in finance and business operations. I believe that strong financial foundations are essential to any successful business — managing cash flow, ensuring invoices are paid, and forecasting for the future. Numbers tell the story of a business and help guide better decisions, and I take real pride in getting that side of things right.

When it comes to travel, I’ve found that the most memorable moments are often the unexpected ones — discovering places you hadn’t planned for, with no expectations to weigh you down. Those surprises remind you to stay open, adapt, and enjoy the moment.
