With views of the coconut grove and ocean, each of the 27 suites have identical contemporary interiors. There is a combined sleeping and living room with a king-size bed and writing desk, and open plan bathroom and dressing area. A private walled-in entry has a courtyard, plunge pool and a terrace opposite overlooking the garden towards the ocean.
At the southern end of the resort is the restaurant, offering Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, the lounge and bar, library, boutique and spa. Surfing, scuba diving, fishing, and whale-watching are the popular... activities from the resort, while outside of Amanwella guests can choose from a number of private excursions ranging from wildlife safaris to various hikes and cultural experiences. Jungle paths running through the resort offer guests an opportunity to stroll through the local village of Wella Wathura.
There is a calm and peace here, where a dedication to nurture is reflected in its sensitivity to the environment, the result of which is a beachfront hideaway devoted to connecting the person with the joys of the island.
