Hyena Pan is a tranquil tented camp located in the sprawling Khwai Private Reserve. The reserve borders some of Botswana’s finest game viewing areas, with Moremi National Park to the south and Chobe National Park to the east. Once a hunting zone, this 200,000 hectare area is now fully dedicated to wildlife and conservation as a direct result of Hyena Pan’s carefully managed approach to eco-tourism.

Guests are accommodated in eight simple but comfortable tents which look directly over a watery lagoon. Opening your tent flaps in the morning you’ll see elephants trumpeting, splashing and snorting in the lily-filled waters below.
