With eight charming cabins, this lodge offers a serene and immersive experience in the heart of the wilderness. Its design aims to heighten your senses and allow you to fully experience the sights, sounds and smells of the wilderness ‐ far away from the calamity of Uganda’s urban twin cities.
The large suspended wooden cabins are an impressive 63m² and house a bedroom, living area, an outdoor deck and ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub and skylight shower. The warm and cozy interiors look out through large windows providing a direct connection to the surrounding forest.
The communal areas line the edge of the forest and offer a restaurant, outdoor stone terraces, an elegantly curved swimming pool and a sweeping path to the lake where a circular sundowner terrace is placed right at the top of a cliff, overlooking natural beaches on either side – the perfect location for a sundowner.
During your stay you can explore the lake by kayak or paddle boat, discover the hidden wonders of the forest on a guided nature walk or simply relax on your private deck and delight in the fluttering of exquisite butterflies, the melodious chirping of diverse bird species, and the playful antics of red‐tailed monkeys as they swing through the verdant trees.
