Singita Mara River Tented Camp is located on the world-renowned Mara River in the Lamai triangle, the northern most tip of the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. With only six tents, two of which are designed to accommodate families, this small camp, accommodating a maximum of 16 guests, is intended to have a minimum environmental impact and offer natural and relaxed styling to complement its remote and isolated location.

The camp is oriented to maximize endless views of the Mara River providing intense closeness to nature. The Lamai triangle also offers consistent and abundant, year round concentrations of resident game in addition to enormous populations of wildebeest and Zebra that pass through during the migration.

Here you can enjoy off-road game viewing across the fertile plains home to lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant and huge herds of antelope. The game-rich Mara River is filled with hippos and crocodiles and the spectacular ‘wildebeest crossing’ generally occurs between mid-July and November.

In addition to game drives led by expert guides, Singita Mara River Camp offers the rare opportunity to experience the Serengeti on foot resulting in an unmatched sense of freedom and an exhilarating connection to the sights and sounds of the bush surrounding you.
