Onsite is a 24 hour front desk and keeping with local traditions, rooms are detailed with flooring made with local tiles and craftsmanship. Air conditioning is in each room, and outdoor is a pool to cool off in at the start or end of a busy day touring.
A variety of dining options are available – Shapad Shala where South Indian Chettinad cuisine can be enjoyed on a plantain leaf, a cafe by the pool for lunch, and/or there is a covered terrace for interactive cooking experiences.
On and nearby the property guests can go for a ride on a bullock cart or perhaps cycle around taking in glimpses of locals cooking traditional delicacies, local artisans can be admired and the many other charms of Chettinad can be admired.
